Deck Repair Fort Collins

This is a new beam support for a deck in a Fort Collins subdivision. Rather than rebuilding the whole deck we repaired this deck.
We braced up the deck, removed the rotten support and rebuild the support using pressure treated lumber for the post and beam. The upper part of the deck will need to be rebuild at some point but this repair will help the customers get more time before they have to rebuild the upper part and when they do the upper deck it will cost less as the main support is already rebuilt.
The permit is hanging on the post as this is a job that in Fort Collins or Larimer County would require a permit inspection.
