This is an upgrade on an existing off-grid solar system. A new home owner purchased this off-grid home in Idaho Springs and needed more power. The old panels are on the right and the new panels we installed are on the left.
We installed more solar panels, cleaned up the old panel wiring, and installed a new charge controller and new batteries. The new charge controllers can add up to a 1/3 more power to an existing system.
